Default Laheri Goes Nightfall

Well it seems once the paragon came out Ritualists Vanished o.O, but thats ok I for one like being an uncommon class. Anywho..thought i would share what i have been running to get through the Nightfall Pve campaign (Mostly Modified versions of my regular builds :P).

-Restoration-

Ahhh good old Restoration Magic, my most played of all the magics. For modifications to my regular restoration build i decided it was time to put Spirit Channeling to rest and try something a little different (*sob*...we had some good times).

Rt/Me - Ghostmirror Acolyte

Attributes:

Restoration Magic: 16
Spawning Power: 11
Inspiration Magic: 8

Skills:

Vengeful Weapon, Weapon of Warding, Mend Body & Soul, Ghostmirror Light, Revealed Hex, Life, Reclaim Essence [E], Rez Sig.

Reclaim Essence is your energy management AND a more controlled way of utilizing the Life spirit, also alot more fun than Spirit Channeling (just watch what you Reclaim with a MM in the group ). Ghostmirror light i was'nt to keen on until i saw how useful it actually is first hand, impressed me enough to drop Spirit Light for it since really helps take pressure off you as you wont be worried to much about yourself and can focus more on your party.

Other variations on this build include going Rt/D and putting 8 in Earth Prayers for Conviction for more self sustainability.

More builds to come...

I tried going Rt/D with Conviction, it is very nice. Along with Eve in a group, basically no energy or health problems. Ghostmirror light does help a ton by supporting yourself and your team at the same time. Self sufficient rits complement a group very well.

All we need is a way for rits to handle hexes and we'd be set.

I believe by design ANet will never let this be. Rits would be so uber powerful if we could deal with hexes effectively. As it is now we have insane healing which can basically out heal any degen. When it comes to condition removal there isn't a monk build that can compete. We get so many free removals that's its silly.

I've been running the following with good success in PvP and I think it would work in PvE:

16 communing
13 restoration

Pain
Bloodsong
Wanderlust
Dissonance
Mend Body and Soul
Spirit Light
Ghost Mirror Light
Rez Signet (Flesh of My Flesh for PvE)

Insane healing and condition removal. Nicely offensive/defensive. Woe to all who enter my spirit fortress!
